, any: Hearty BurgerLook at the image at the right and tell me what you think about it. That looks very tasty. Bacon, cheese, and patties sandwiched between two chicken fillets. That looks like a treat that everyone of us deserves.

Well not if you want to remain attractive. Food items like these ones are a quick way to get yourself sent to heaven (or hell), as one is bound to get a heart attack just right after eating a full sandwich of this kind. If not the instant death, you're bound to get very large physically, something that most people are not very fond of looking at.

Fortunately or unfortunately, we can't get everything that we want in life without a little bit of effort. You cannot eat everything that you want to possibly eat and stay in a very good shape unless you go to the gym regularly or unless you have a very good metabolism mechanism in your body. As I've said before, I am somewhat lucky to stay slim even if I eat a lot, but that has resulted into complications within my kidney organs.

Those effects aside, it is important that you know the consequences of your actions, and that includes the effects of the food that you eat wherever you go. I cannot emphasize enough the effects of good, healthy, and responsible eating. You are what you eat. Whatever you eat reflects the kind of lifestyle that you want to live.

Very recently, I've decided to increase my intake of green salads. I once thought that you could call salads as goat food, but I was very pleased to know that it actually isn't. Actually they've very good, depending on the kind of seasoning that you will put them in. What I ate had some sweet-sour taste to it. I'm not saying that you follow suit, but at least try to be as healthy as possible with your diet.
